Common questions from property managers

Can you schedule around our business hours, including after-hours and weekends?

Yes — most of our commercial clients schedule cleaning after-hours so crews never overlap with staff or customers. We work evenings, overnight, before-open, and weekend windows on a recurring basis. Our team is uniformed and carries photo-ID, and we arrive with an access method you've approved (lockbox, manager escort, alarm code, key fob). For higher-touch spaces we hold a consistent crew and a consistent shift so your building never sees a stranger.

Do you offer both recurring contracts and one-time jobs?

Both. Most commercial clients are on recurring weekly, monthly, or daily contracts at a flat per-visit rate. One-time jobs are available too — post-construction resets, pre-lease deep cleans, and spring / fall one-offs. Every engagement starts with a written scope so you know exactly what's covered before the first visit, and recurring contracts include a quarterly walk-through to tune the scope as the space changes.

What does your sanitization and disinfection scope actually cover?

We use EPA-list disinfectants, color-coded microfiber to prevent cross-contamination between restrooms, kitchens, and work areas, and SDS-on-file chemicals you can audit on request. We're sensitive to medical, food-service, and childcare environments and can align the scope with HIPAA-aware cleaning, food-code wash-down requirements, or childcare sanitizer logs. The proposal you receive lists every product and the spaces it ships to.

How often should a high-traffic Vermont building be cleaned?

It depends on foot traffic and use. Offices typically run weekly with daily restrooms; retail and hospitality usually need nightly resets; restaurants run nightly with monthly deep resets; medical, food-service, and childcare facilities follow a documented cadence tied to the relevant code. We also schedule quarterly deep resets (carpet extraction, hard-floor strip and refinish, mezz and back-of-house). Portfolio clients get a written cadence per property so each building is sized correctly.

Do you carry insurance, and can you provide a COI for our property?

Yes — GreenCore is licensed and insured, and we issue a Certificate of Insurance naming your property or property management company as additionally insured before the first visit. COIs are renewed annually and sent automatically when renewed. Umbrella coverage and workers' comp are available on request for portfolios that require higher limits. Send your COI requirements at the proposal stage and we'll attach them to your contract.
